“At Haneda Airport, under Tokyo’s golden evening lights, Natacha begins her journey of love and destiny — with lilies in her heart, and Patrick in her soul.”
The news about Patrick reached Natacha like a blade through her heart. With trembling resolve, she requested a transfer from the CEO Project in Singapore. Her work there was nearly complete, and she needed to be in Tokyo—by his side. The manager studied her face, then nodded.
“You may go. We’ll arrange accommodation and contact the hospital for you.”
Description:
Patrick and Natascha finally meet again in Tokyo. Between hospital walls, a handwritten card, and the song “Until I Found You”, their love speaks louder than words.

Tears welled in her eyes as she bowed. Hours later, the plane descended into Haneda, the city of Tokyo glowing like strands of gold across the river.
At Haneda Airport, the arrival hall shimmered with voices and lights. Natacha waited at the meeting point until Daisy’s warm voice came through the phone.
“Stay where you are—we’re coming.”

When Daisy and Venice appeared, the three embraced tightly.
Daisy whispered, “You’re safe now. Let’s go to him.”
Venice smiled, “Patrick is waiting.”

At St. Luke’s International Hospital in Tsukiji, the lobby was calm and fragrant, more like a five-star hotel than a clinic. On the VIP floor, lilies brightened the quiet corridor. Inside, Patrick lay pale on his bed. Bandages traced across his chest and shoulder.

Natacha rushed forward.
“Patrick… how are you?”
His eyes opened weakly.
“Give me your hand…”
She reached out. He clasped it, pulling her close.
“My love,” he whispered, “don’t cry. With you here, my heart already feels no pain.”

Her tears fell freely. Daisy and Venice slipped out, leaving them alone.
Patrick smiled faintly.
“Rest tonight. Tomorrow, when you’re free, come back to me.”
“I don’t want to leave you,” she murmured.
“I’ll be waiting,” he said.
“Okay… tomorrow,” she whispered.
That night, Natacha stayed at a quiet boutique hotel near Shinjuku Gyoen Garden. Her room glowed softly with a paper lantern. Beyond the window, Shinjuku’s towers shimmered under the navy sky. She lay awake, whispering into the silence, “Just let morning come faster.”

The next morning, Patrick prepared a gift. A vase of lilies stood by the window, with a steaming cup of tea and a handwritten card.

The card read:
“To my dearest,
These lilies and this note are my gift for our reunion.
Listen to Until I Found You with me.”

But before Natacha could arrive, pain seized him. His heart raced wildly. Breath broke. He collapsed by the table as the door opened.
“Patrick!” Natacha cried.
“Call the nurses!” Daisy shouted.
“Stay with us, Patrick!” Venice urged, kneeling by his side.
Doctors rushed in, wheeling him to the emergency room. The door closed with a heavy sound. Natacha shook, sobbing uncontrollably.
On the table, the card lay stained with spilled tea. Daisy picked it up, reading softly.
“Oh Patrick… even in pain, you thought only of love. How impossibly romantic.”
Natacha wept harder, holding her trembling hands to her chest.
An hour passed before the doctor returned.
“He is out of danger. On oxygen and heart medication. We must monitor his lungs. No visitors for now.”
Relief washed over them, but Natacha’s heart ached with every beat.

That evening, Patrick lay awake with oxygen, unable to speak. Natacha held up the card. He nodded, blinking slowly. She leaned close and whispered,
“My love… I am always in your heart. And your heart is always with me.”

She placed his hand against her chest. The monitor steadied.
Daisy chuckled.
“If only someone loved me like this…”
Venice teased, “Someday, Daisy. You’ll see.”
Daisy laughed, blushing. The room warmed with gentle ease.
The next morning, Natacha carried pale yellow lilies. She arranged them in the vase, filling the room with fragrance. Sitting close, she played Until I Found You. Patrick opened his eyes, gazed at her silently, and held her hand. No words were needed. Their silence spoke more deeply than speech ever could.

- In a sunlit hospital room, Patrick in a patient gown with oxygen tube lies in bed gazing at Natacha, who wears a blue floral dress and holds yellow lilies, as their hands touch tenderly beside a vase of lilies.
Daisy peeked in, smiling.
“Look at him—back to himself already.”
Venice grinned. “He’d better recover soon. We need our friend strong again.”
Their laughter rippled softly through the room, blending with the perfume of lilies and the soft melody. Yet in Natacha’s heart, time slowed. She waited for the afternoon, when doctors would examine his lungs.
Until then, she held his hand and whispered only with her soul.
